Hi Folks
MY NAME IS PATRICK ROSS AND I LIVE IN NEWBRIDGE, IRELAND.
I’m 40, and I’ve been making a living from Tennis Trading and Betting for 14 years.
When I was a bit younger, I needed (wanted) more money! Who doesn’t!? It was around that time I started doing what everyone else does at some stage in their lives – I googled
things like “make money online” or “money making systems”. Sufficed to say I didn’t get the rewards I was looking for.
What Changed?
I discovered Betfair – the ‘lightbulb moment’ for me. Suddenly I discovered sports trading and found an amazing opportunity. It took me some time to find the best sport to trade (tennis of course!) and to find consistent, winning strategies, but with time and patience, and a little investment, I got there.
Hold Up! This is an ‘About Me’ section – Lets get personal:
Q: Who’s your favourite tennis player?
A: I was 8 years old when Boris Becker won Wimbledon, and it’s easily my earliest tennis memory. He’s right up there. Equally, I think Rafa and Roger have been spectacular to watch over the years. Martina Hingis was amazing to watch too. Justine Henin, who had an amazing one handed backhand, was a complete player. I admire many tennis players for many reasons. To pick an absolute favourite is hard. I watched Lleyton Hewitt every chance I got, right up to his retirement at Wimbledon in 2016. It’s like asking me to choose a favourite child, I won’t do it! To choose one is disrespectful to the others on some level.
Q: Do you have Children?
A: Yes, two children. Liam, aged 6 and Anna Mae, 1.
Q: Do you have a wife?
A: Yes, I have one wife. She won’t let me have another.
Q: Who’s your favourite sports star?
A: I love many sports – tennis, football, motorsports, American sports, rugby, Gaelic sports, you name it!! Not all will agree, but for the speed and bravery needed, I would have to choose Valentino Rossi in Moto GP as my favourite sports star. In football, two Ronaldo’s, Marco Van Basten, Messi, Suarez, Maradonna, to name but few. In other sports, Paul O Connell, Dale Earnhardt, Tiger Woods, Jerry Rice, Tom Brady, Jonah Lomu, Johnny Wilkinson, Brian O Driscoll. I have massive respect and admiration for all who play professionally. The hard work, commitment, sacrifice and talent needed is on a level most can’t comprehend, including I.
Q: Do you have any pets?
A: A dog named Charlie, and a rabbit named Chalky.
Q: What’s your favourite thing to do?
A: Obviously I love spending time with my family, but if I have time to myself, I love Hill Walking in the Slieve Bloom or Wicklow mountains. If the weather isn’t the best, I watch as much sports as I can get away with.

I never really looked back after finding Betfair. I opened Tennis Trading League so long ago I cant remember the year! Then came my Trading Tips around 2013 and Betting Tips a year later. Like everything, we are constantly evolving. Trading Tips have been finely tuned over many years and Betting Tips are always striving for better. One thing anyone who joins my site as a member or subscriber, or just a regular visitor, will find hard work, customer service and dedication are central to my services.
