All times are UK/Irish and are subject to change, and all times are in 24hr format e.g., 01.00 = 1am and 16:00 = 4pm:

PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW

WTA AEGON:

1. 12:30 – Strycova v Begu

While Begu has played pretty well this year, Strycova is definitely the better Grass Courter. Suggesting to go for her here..

—> Back Strycova @1.6, lay @1.25

2. 15:30 – McHale v Giorgi

To be fair McHale has played some brilliant tennis on Grass already beating Radwanska in Nottingham, Cornet in Birmingham and Niculescu in her previous match.

However, I’m still choosing to go for Giorgi who has played on only one grass court tournament and won it beating a very tough Bencic in the final.

—> Back Giorgi @1.52, lay @1.25

ATP AEGON:

3. 15:30 – Ward v Smyczek –> HOT TIP

Ward leads the head to head 2-0 against Smyczek.

With Grass being one of his favourite surfaces and also the fact that he played some superb tennis at Queens taking Raonic to a 3rd set, I feel he has the form to beat the American Smyczek convincingly here.

–> Back Ward @1.73, lay @1.35

Good luck!

Some Terms Explained:

Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.

Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.

All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.

Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely.  Please read the relevant article below.

Help and Advice: Tennis Trading Tip – Successful or not?

Some folks have asked why I call the tips ‘Betfair Tennis Trading Tips’ and have asked if the tips can be used on other betting exchanges. I use Betfair for all my trading because Betfair has the best liquidity. All of my prices are taken from Betfair.
Betfair Tennis Trading gives you the best opportunities to make profits. You can use the trading tips on other exchanges – there may be small price differences – but these shouldn’t matter. If you decide to use a site other that Betfair for trading, make sure that the liquidity is there.
If you’re unsure about what liquidity is required, see question 17 on my FAQ section at http://tennis-trading-league.com/faq/
