tennis ballThese tips are published when all have been played – in order to get today’s tips, join by clicking here and I’ll mail them to you!!

All times are UK/Irish and are subject to change, and all times are in 24hr format e.g., 01.00 = 1am and 16:00 = 4pm:

PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW

WTA PATTAYA FINAL:

1. 9:00 – Hantuchova v Tomljanovic:

Both players had rather long and epic semi final matches and must be tired coming into this one.
Throughout this tournament Tomljanovic looked extremely impressive for me so I’m fancying her odds to fall at some point in the first set.

Advising to keep the stakes low here ..

—> Lay Hantu @1.8, back @2.4

WTA BNP PARIBAS:

2. 13:30 – Petkovic v Suarez Navarro

After a marathon match against Van Uytvanck, Petkovic beat both Cibulkova and Strycova in 2 sets. As well as the Spaniard Navarro has played, I feel Petkovic is good enough to beat her. Go for the German but, again, keep the stakes either low or medium.

—> Lay Navarro @1.84, back @2.74

ATP ROTTERDAM:

3. 14:30 – Berdych v Wawrinka

The last match these two played against each other was in the ATP Tour Finals at London which the Swiss won 6-1 6-1!!
More impressively, Stan leads 10-4 in terms of head to head.

For me, Berdych relies heavily on his serves in general and Stan’s return of serves have improved dramatically in the last few years.
This may come down to who is mentally stronger. If Stan can get those serves in, he is good enough to win this in 2 sets just like he did against Milos Raonic.

—> Lay Berdych @1.84, back @2.7

ATP BRAZIL:

4. 18:00 – Vanni v Cuevas

Vanni has had an incredible run so far in Brazil and, as predicted, turned out to be a tough opponent to home favourite Souza in the Semi Final. However, his next opponent is a very tough Argentinan, Pablo Cuevas.

As the odds indicate, Pablo is a heavy favourite here and I am siding with the bookies on that simply due to the fact that he is a very experienced clay court specialist!

—> Back Cuevas @1.19, lay @1.04

Good luck!

Some Terms Explained:

Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.

Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.

All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.

Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely.  Please read the relevant article below.

Some folks have asked why I call the tips ‘Betfair Tennis Trading Tips’ and have asked if the tips can be used on other betting exchanges. I use Betfair for all my trading because Betfair has the best liquidity. All of my prices are taken from Betfair.
Betfair Tennis Trading gives you the best opportunities to make profits. You can use the trading tips on other exchanges – there may be small price differences – but these shouldn’t matter. If you decide to use a site other that Betfair for trading, make sure that the liquidity is there.
If you’re unsure about what liquidity is required, see question 17 on my FAQ section at http://tennis-trading-league.com/faq/
