These tips are published when all have been played – in order to get today’s tips, join by clicking here and I’ll mail them to you!! To see stats and results, please click on the ‘TRADING STATS’ link above.

All times are UK/Irish and are subject to change, and all times are in 24hr format e.g., 01.00 = 1am and 16:00 = 4pm:

PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW

ATP MONTE CARLO (CLAY):

1. 11:00 – Djokovic v Berdych

As predicted, Novak Djokovic was ruthless against Nadal in the Semis.
With a mind-boggling 18-2 head to head record against the Czech Berdych, you have to go for the World No.1 here!

—> Back Djokovic @1.09, lay @1.03

WTA BOGOTA (CLAY):

2. 17:00 – Pereira v Shvedova

Pereira has been absolutely stunning throughout this tournament as she beat a very tough Svitolina in 2 sets at the Semis.

While, on paper, this one is pretty tough to call, stats say there is more than enough reason to back young Pereira at the start.

—> Back Pereira @1.96, lay @1.55

Suggesting to keep the stakes low here..

WTA FED CUP:

3. 11:00 – Radwanska v Bacsinszky (POLAND VS SWITZERLAND)

The Fed Cup tie between Poland and Switzerland may indeed depend on this one match.

While I agree Radwa should be the favourite, I don’t quite agree with the odds on her as Timea’s game has been consistent throughout the last few months.

Suggesting to lay Radwa here..

—> Lay Radwanska @1.39, back @1.7

This has the potential to go all the way so consider laying the 1st set winner at some stage in the 2nd set.

4. 12:15 – Safarova v Mladenovic (CZECH REP. V FRANCE)

Safarova had a tough match previously but came through eventually. I feel this time, she is more likely to get past her opponent in a more comfortable fashion.

—> Back Safa @1.28, lay @1.08

WTA PORSCHE GRAND PRIX:

5. 13:00 – Beygelzimer v Allertova

Allertova’s form hasn’t been that good coming into this match, however, it’s probably fair to say, she had tougher opponents than Beygelzimer.

Suggesting to back the Czech Allertova here but, again,  keep the stakes low..

—> Back Allertova @1.42, lay @1.15

Good luck!

Some Terms Explained:

Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.

Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.

All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.

Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely.  Please read the relevant article below.

Some folks have asked why I call the tips ‘Betfair Tennis Trading Tips’ and have asked if the tips can be used on other betting exchanges. I use Betfair for all my trading because Betfair has the best liquidity. All of my prices are taken from Betfair.
