All times are UK/Irish and are subject to change, and all times are in 24hr format e.g., 01.00 = 1am and 16:00 = 4pm:

PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW

ATP ABIERTO MEXICANO:

1. 22:00 – Lucic-Baroni v Torro-Flor

Baroni is really an exceptional hard court player and her form towards the end of 2014 has been overall very good. Maria Torro-Flor is more suited to clay courts I feel so I’m favouring the Croatian here at the start.

—> Back Lucic-Baroni @1.5, lay @1.2

ARGENTINA:

2. 21:45 – Mayer v Monaco

This could be one of the best matches in Argentina this week as it is a battle between the home favourites.
Monaco, a few years ago, had enough in his game to beat some solid players. However, the form has dipped a lot now and to make it worse for him, Mayer has improved considerably on all surfaces recently.

I feel Mayer will get this one wrapped up!

—> Back Mayer @1.86, lay @1.4

ATP DUBAI:

3. 11:00 – Stakhovsky v Istomin –> HOT TIP

Since the Zagreb Open loss to Youzhny, Sergiy’s two losses came against Raonic and Simon at Rotterdam and Marseille respectively. However, the important thing to note there was that he was a big underdog, especially against the Canadian Raonic.

Considering he played an exceptional match against Wawrinka at Marseille to knock the Swiss out, I’m favouring him to do better than Istomin who looked rather inconsistent at Rotterdam and Marseille losing both tourneys in the 1st round.

—> Back Stakho @1.65, lay @1.35

WTA QATAR:

4. 15:30 – Dulgheru v Wozniacki

Dulgheru, I must say played a good match against Cornet but I don’t think she has the serve or the power to outgun the Dane, Wozniacki.

Feel there is value in going for these low odds for Caroline.

—> Back Woz @1.17, lay @1.05

Good luck!

Some Terms Explained:

Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.

Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.

All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.

Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely.  Please read the relevant article below.

Some folks have asked why I call the tips ‘Betfair Tennis Trading Tips’ and have asked if the tips can be used on other betting exchanges. I use Betfair for all my trading because Betfair has the best liquidity. All of my prices are taken from Betfair.
Betfair Tennis Trading gives you the best opportunities to make profits. You can use the trading tips on other exchanges – there may be small price differences – but these shouldn’t matter. If you decide to use a site other that Betfair for trading, make sure that the liquidity is there.
If you’re unsure about what liquidity is required, see question 17 on my FAQ section at http://tennis-trading-league.com/faq/
