All times are UK/Irish and are subject to change, and all times are in 24hr format e.g., 01.00 = 1am and 16:00 = 4pm:

PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW

ATP ESTORIL: (CLAY)

1. 19:30 – Coric v Machado

Borna Coric has been one of the stars this season. On Clay, he has a 2-2 record so far and both those losses came in 3 sets against a tough Dolgopolov and the big serving Karlovic. His 2 wins were against Stakhovsky in Bucharest and Chardy (in 2 sets) in the previous match.

I feel he is the right favourite here and likely to take this match comfortably!

—> Back Coric @1.41, lay @1.18

ATP ISTANBUL: (CLAY)

2. 11:45 – Bellucci v Istomin

Experience points to the Brazilian Bellucci here, who beat Youzhny coming into this match.

—> Back Bellucci @1.56, lay @1.2

ATP MUNICH: (CLAY)

3. 14:05 – Fognini v Thiem

I am going to suggest laying Fognini here, as after his shock win over Nadal, he was really pathetic against Andujar. He is extemeely inconsistent and has become very unreliable to ‘back’. Thiem on the contrary is improving all the time and beat a rather tough Pospisil yesterday.

—> Lay Fognini @1.58, back @1.9

WTA MOROCCO: (CLAY)

4. 12:30 – Pennetta v Babos –> HOT TIP

Pennetta beat a tough Siegemund in her last match. Now she’s played a couple of games here in Morocco, the Italian is only going to improve…

—> Back Pennetta @1.32, lay @1.12

5. 15:30 – Bacsinszky v Schmiedlova

‘Amazing Bacsinszky’ has just lost 1 match in her last 20, which was to Serena Williams at Indian Wells. While the good streak happened on hard courts, she has continued that form on Clay as she beat 2 very decent players in Rodina and Maria at Morocco already. I think she could be up to something in this year’s French Open if this run continues.

This is not an easy match by any means as Schmiedlova is a very decent player, but I’m going to go with the stats of Bacsinszky as she has been thoroughly aggressive recently!

—> Back Bacsinszky @1.45, lay @1.2

WTA PRAGUE: (CLAY)

6. 11:30 – Siniakova v Strycova

Siniakova did beat 2 decent clay courters  in Begu and Hercog. For this reason, suggesting to lay Strycova at the start.

This match could very well go the distance so suggesting to lay the 1st set winner here..

—> Lay Strycova @1.61, back @2.1

7. 13:00 – Koukalova v Hradecka —> HOT TIP

I thought Koukalova really got lucky against Konjuh who was good enough to beat her yesterday. This time though, she faces her compatriot Lucie Hradecka, an exceptional server. Definitely suggesting to back Hradecka here..

—> Back Hradecka @1.8, lay @1.45

Good luck!

Some Terms Explained:

Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.

Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.

All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.

Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely.  Please read the relevant article below.

Some folks have asked why I call the tips ‘Betfair Tennis Trading Tips’ and have asked if the tips can be used on other betting exchanges. I use Betfair for all my trading because Betfair has the best liquidity. All of my prices are taken from Betfair.
Betfair Tennis Trading gives you the best opportunities to make profits. You can use the trading tips on other exchanges – there may be small price differences – but these shouldn’t matter. If you decide to use a site other that Betfair for trading, make sure that the liquidity is there.
If you’re unsure about what liquidity is required, see question 17 on my FAQ section at http://tennis-trading-league.com/faq/
