Hi Jay,

The TV connection you're using plays a very important role. I've had a number of customers complaining about the time lag.

Eventually we found out that the playback function, for instance, adds up to 2 seconds to the delay and renders the scalping trading impossible.

Therefore:

1) Make sure you're using simple satellite without the hard disc or playback;

2) Turn off PC firewalls as they may add delay to Betfair signal;

3) Having more than 2 TV sets in house may present some difficulties, too;

4) Don't forget - when you can't use the scalping system - RYP and Champ Systems come very handy!

I tried your system today.

It is incredibly difficult if you are not really close to where the event is actually taking place because there seems to be a satelite lag.

There was a split second delay between the prices moving and what I was seeing on TV.

So I missed out everytime. The prices started moving just as the point was scored, or slightly before.

The key thing for folks who are interested in buying this system is that the prices definitely move according to the points as you pointed out. It really works!

Too bad I can't use the system as you outlined.
