WTA STRASBOURG:

1. 15:00 – Mladenovic v Lucic-Baroni

Baroni has won 8 of her previous 10 matches on Clay compared to Mlad’s 5-5 record. She also has a 2-0 head to head record against her opponent, both matches being played on Clay.

Considering her form and blowout win over Parmentier in the last round, there are enough reasons to back the favourite at the start here.

WTA NURNBERG:

2. 12:00 – Bertens v Goerges

Bertens has served much more consistently in Nurnberg this week. Opting for the favourite to start better.

ATP GENEVA:

3. 11:00 – Cilic v Ferrer

What was most impressive about Cilic in his last round win over Delbonis was that he served exceptionally well and was aggressive throughout the match. I believe he can beat Ferrer if he can stick with the same gameplan today.

Suggesting to lay Ferrer at the start as I can see the odds jumping on the Spaniard early on..
