All times are UK/Irish and are subject to change, and all times are in 24hr format e.g., 01.00 = 1am and 16:00 = 4pm:
PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW
ATP BOGOTA: (HARD)
1. 19:00 – Sugita v Barrientos
Sugita has been constantly improving recently. With Barrientos not in form, I suggest to go for the Japanese here.
—> Back Sugita @1.4, lay @1.18
WTA ISTANBUL: (HARD)
2. 12:00 – Tsurenko v Gavrilova
Tsurenko leads the head to head 2-0 with both matches played on Hard court. However, their last encounter was in 2013. Since then, the Russian Gavrilova has improved by a huge margin and more importantly has already had a pretty decent season.
Suggesting to go for Gavrilova here..
—> Back Gavri @1.55, lay @1.3
WTA AUSTRIA: (CLAY)
3. 12:00 – Friedsam v Koukalova
Koukalova is one of the least reliable players on the WTA scene. Mentally, she tends to crack pretty easily. Also her form isn’t that good either.
I am suggesting to go for the favourite Friedsam here.
—> Back Friedsam @1.64, lay @1.35
Some Terms Explained:
Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.
Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.
All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.
Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely. Please read the relevant article below.
