HOT TIPS: Sock, Ivanovic and Garcia Lopez
Some Terms Explained:
Back: Low Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Low stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.
Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.
All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.6, adjust your lay odds to 1.35 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.
Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely. Please read the relevant article below.

Another day with crazy results…
Kvitova v Kuznetsova – no chance at all for Kvito.
Sock wasn’t awake that early in the morning.
Monfils – although hard game the day before, he did a great job (and we lost some money…)
Petko – great match but who guessed it will be such a hard piece of work?
Kohli v Murray: 5 setter and after 3:30h not yet finished: 7-7 in 5th set. Unbelievable.
The French Open are unpredictable, especially the women … many favs are home before the 1st week ends.
