All times are UK/Irish and are subject to change, and all times are in 24hr format e.g., 01.00 = 1am and 16:00 = 4pm:

PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW

ATP ROTTERDAM:

1. 11:30 – Berdych v Monfils —> HOT TIP

Berdych already leads 3-1 in terms of head to head against the Frenchman. I just feel that his form is good coming into this match and will end up as a really tough puzzle to crack for Gael Monfils.

—> Back Berdych @1.37, lay @1.08

2. 18:30 – Muller v Wawrinka

Wawrinka had a rather tough match against Garcia Lopez yesterday, however came back strongly to win it comfortably in the end. Since I feel serves are really hard to get going in these courts at Rotterdam, I must fancy the Swiss to do better here.

—> Back Wawrinka @1.4, lay @1.14

WTA BNP PARIBAS FORTIS:

3. 14:30 – Navarro v Schiavone –> HOT TIP

I had predicted Schiavone to do well against Kerber yesterday and she absolutely hammered the German. The Italian for me is definitely showing some of her past form so I must advise to lay the Spaniard here.

—> Lay Navarro @1.66, back @2.3

4. 19:00 – Barthel v Strycova —> HOT TIP

Barthel shocked Bouchard yesterday after losing the first set which was not really on the cards. Strycova however blew away Cornet who is a rather tough hard court player to beat. I am going with the Czech here who has been stepping her game up recently.

—> Back Strycova @1.73, lay @1.3

ATP BRAZIL:

——— TRADE OF THE DAY ———-

5. 17:00 – Vanni v Lajovic —> HOT TIP

Both Vanni and Lajovic had tough matches but came through against De Bakker and Verdasco respectively. Overall, I was more impressed with the serves of Lajovic so must go for him here.

—> Back Lajovic @1.36, lay @1.14

6. 19:00 – Mayer v Souza

I see value in Souza here who really has served excellently in this tournament thus far. Going for the home favourite to seriously challenge the favourite Leo Mayer.

—> Lay Mayer @1.45, back @2

WTA THAILAND:

7. 9:30 – Duan v Hantuchova –> HOT TIP

By form, Hantu has been the better player of these two and if she can find some of her earlier seasons’ magic, I don’t see why this shouldn’t end in 2 sets.

Prefer going for the experience of Daniela here..

—> Back Hantu @1.45, lay @1.15

Good luck!

Some Terms Explained:

Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.

Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.

All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.

Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely.  Please read the relevant article below.
