PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW
ATP MONTE CARLO (CLAY):
1. 9:30 – Thiem v Pouille
Thiem played extremely well at Miami open, considering his game is probably more suited for clay.
Very much agreeing with these odds as he should be a heavy favourite here..
—> Back Thiem @1.24, lay @1.07
2. 9:30 – Vesely v Monaco —> HOT TIP
Definitely the experience goes to Monaco here.
However, more importantly, his form on clay has been very impressive so far in 2015, as he lost only to Ferrer at Rio De Janeiro and Nadal at Buenos Aires.
—> Back Monaco @1.42, lay @1.16
3. 14:45 – F.Mayer v Cilic
Cilic recently played at Indian Wells after a few months delay, but was really poor. Florian Mayer though, is returning after almost a year break and his stats looked solid as he beat Russian Youzhny in 2 sets, in his previous match.
This could be worth a lay on Cilic, as Mayer leads the head to head 2-1!
—> Lay Cilic @1.45, back @1.85
WTA CLARO OPEN:
4. 16:30 – Schiavone v Pereira
Pereira is definitely talented on Clay but its worth pointing out that Schiavone is a former French Open champ. I am fancying Schia to shine here and prefer laying the favourite Pereira..
—> Lay Pereira @1.86, back @2.5
5. 17:00 – Mayr-Achleitner v Minella
Bookies have priced this market right for me as Minella is a very decent clay courter. Fancying her to do well today..
—> Back Minella @1.5, lay @1.18
6. 18:30 – Burger v Puig —> HOT TIP
Puig is definitely going in the right direction in terms of rankings and is very aggressive regardless of the surface she plays on. She also possesses a very decent serve and has enough power in her game.
I feel she should get this one wrapped in 2 sets!
—> Back Puig @1.23, lay @1.08
Good luck!
Some Terms Explained:
Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.
Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.
All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.
Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely. Please read the relevant article below.

Some folks have asked why I call the tips ‘Betfair Tennis Trading Tips’ and have asked if the tips can be used on other betting exchanges. I use Betfair for all my trading because Betfair has the best liquidity. All of my prices are taken from Betfair.
Betfair Tennis Trading gives you the best opportunities to make profits. You can use the trading tips on other exchanges – there may be small price differences – but these shouldn’t matter. If you decide to use a site other that Betfair for trading, make sure that the liquidity is there.
If you’re unsure about what liquidity is required, see question 17 on my FAQ section at https://tennis-trading-league.com/faq/
