All times are UK/Irish and are subject to change, and all times are in 24hr format e.g., 01.00 = 1am and 16:00 = 4pm:

PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW

ATP DELRAY BEACH:

1. 16:00 – Tomic v Jaziri

Though Tomic lost to Donald Young in his last tournament, the Australian was pretty impressive throughout. I feel he is the deserved favourite here against Jaziri, who hasn’t won a match since Australian Open.

—> Back Tomic @1.28, lay @1.1

2. 19:30 – Smyczek v Kozlov

Smyczek was always an under-rated player but almost shocked Rafa Nadal at the Australian Open. I feel he’s the right favourite here!

—> Back Smyczek @1.3, lay @1.1

WTA DUBAI:

3. 9:30 – Dellacqua v Safarova

Battle of the lefties here and I favour the Czech due to her overall experience on hard courts. Also, she had a good win over Monica Puig who isn’t the easiest of players to overcome.

—> Back Safarova @1.35, lay @1.14

4. 11:00 – Peng v Pironkova

I was really surprised by how well Peng played in Australia this year. Her serves had so much more sting and overall she looked very positive. Indeed, the Chinese girl could be one of the best improved players who may be out to cause some big upsets in 2015. I feel she’s the right player to back here !

—> Back Peng @1.59 , lay @1.2

ATP RIO:

5. 16:15 – Delbonis v Schwartzman –> HOT TIP

I don’t like how Delbonis is playing at the moment. Firstly, his serves seem to be missing some mojo. Secondly, he is rather defensive and waiting for his opponents to make mistakes.
Schwartzman though, was ultra aggressive throughout his previous matches in Brazil.

—> Back Schwartzman @1.92, lay @1.5

Good luck!

Some Terms Explained:

Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.

Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.

All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.

Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely.  Please read the relevant article below.
