ATP KREMLIN:

1. 9:00 – An Kuznetsov v Agut

I thought Andrey Kuznetsov played exceptional in the most recent grandslam, US Open. He definitely proved that he can play well on hard courts. Playing in front of his home fans, Agut is going to have a tough challenge today.

TO LAY:

Lay Agut @1.45, back @1.75

2. 9:00 – Sela v Donskoy

Sela’s favourite surface is definitely hard courts. I’m choosing to back him as he’s the more experienced player off these two.

WTA KREMLIN:

3. 8:00 – Peer v Kozlova

Recent stats show that Peer, after having some poor seasons look to be back in the hunt. These both haven’t met yet. I’m predicting hence Peer to show her current run of form. Back the Israeli here

Back Peer @1.6, lay@1.2

4. 10:00 – Kuznetsova v Koukalova –> HOT TIP

Considering she’s playing at home, Kuzy will be exceptionally hard to beat. She’s definitely the better mover, better server and more talented off these two. Provided with her current form being not too bad, I’m rather confident of the Russian winning today.

ATP STOCKHOLM:

5. 17:30 – Ramos v Nieminen

By form Nieminen has looked decent in recent times. Moreover Ramos is a clay courter and is likely to have some trouble against a hard court specialist such as Jarko. Back the Finn hence!

Back Nieminen @1.33, lay @1.12

Remember, no high staking for matches at the first round! So keep stakes low to medium..
