WOMENS:

1. 10:30 – Begu v Rogers

Rogers has been brilliant this week beating Pliskova, Vesnina and blowing away Kvitova with two 6-0 sets in the last round. With her huge serve you have to give the American a chance here.

Suggesting to lay Begu at the start as she does have issues with serving …

2. 15:30 – Halep v Stosur

The last time these two faced each other was at Madrid which Halep won 6-2 6-0! However, her performance so far this week hasn’t been too impressive in all honesty.
Considering Stosur beat 3 tricky players already in Doi, Zhang and also a very tough Safarova, I feel she may have a chance here after all to cause an upset.

MEN:

3. 14:00 – Nishikori v Gasquet

Nishikori may eventually come through here, but, laying him at the start looks the right strategy as Richard Gasquet was simply too good against Nick Kyrgios in the last match.
