All times are UK/Irish and are subject to change, and all times are in 24hr format e.g., 01.00 = 1am and 16:00 = 4pm:

PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW

ATP ERSTE BANK OPEN:

1. 19:00 – Giraldo v Garcia-Lopez

Eventhough Garcia Lopez has a 3 game losing streak, they were all against tough players like Berdych, Karlovic and Bautista Agut. Giraldo on the other hand has lost 4 of his 5 games which included a couple of losses to lesser known players. Stick to the favourite here..

—> Back Garcia @1.4, Lay @1.18

ATP KREMLIN CUP:

2. 10:30 – Donskoy v Coric

Donskoy’s recent matches were at lesser known tourneys in Uzbekistan and Turkey. Coric meanwhile played at Tokyo and Shanghai and seriously challenged players like Nishikori and Dolgopolov.

Back Coric at the start..

—> Back Coric @1.43, Lay @1.18

ATP STOCKHOLM:

3. 12:45 – Zverev v Muller

Have to say Muller is the better server here and therefore more likely to start quicker. Stick with him at the beginning..

—> Back Muller @1.52, Lay @1.25

WTA MOSCOW:

4. 12:30 – Niculescu v Pavlyuchenkova

Have to stick with Pavlyu in her home tournament as she was amazingly impressive at the recent WTA Linz tourney.

—> Back Pavlyu @1.4, Lay @1.18

WTA LUXEMBOURG:

5. 14:30 – Voegele v U.Radwanska

Probably better to back Voegele here who played pretty well at Linz only losing to eventual winner Pavlyuchenkova. She seems the right favourite for my money.

—> Back Voegele @1.88, Lay @1.5

RESULTS:

1. Giraldo v Garcia Lopez: TIP: Back Garcia @1.4, Lay @1.18

Successful: +1.85 units

2. Donskoy v Coric: TIP: Back Coric @1.43, Lay @1.18

Unsuccessful: -4 units

An early break for Coric but he wasn’t good enough to hold onto it and lost this match in 2 sets!

3. Zverev v Muller: TIP: Back Muller @1.52, Lay @1.25

Successful: +2.15 units

4. Pavlyuchenkova v Niculescu: TIP: Back Pavlyu @1.4, Lay @1.18

Successful: +1.85 units

5. Voegele v U.Radwanska: TIP: Back Voegele @1.88, Lay @1.5

Successful: +2.55 units

Overall: 4 / 5 Successful

Some Terms Explained:

Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank with Stop loss at 40%.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade. Use Stop Loss at 40% unless stated otherwise.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank with Stop Loss at 40%.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade. Use Stop Loss at 40% unless stated otherwise.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.
No Stop Loss Suggested – Use of Stop Loss is not recommended for this tip. Use half Normal Stake.

Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake, when stop loss is used

All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.

Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely.  Please read the relevant article below.

Help and Advice: Tennis Trading Tip – Successful or not?

Some folks have asked why I call the tips ‘Betfair Tennis Trading Tips’ and have asked if the tips can be used on other betting exchanges. I use Betfair for all my trading because Betfair has the best liquidity. All of my prices are taken from Betfair.
Betfair Tennis Trading gives you the best opportunities to make profits. You can use the trading tips on other exchanges – there may be small price differences – but these shouldn’t matter. If you decide to use a site other that Betfair for trading, make sure that the liquidity is there.
If you’re unsure about what liquidity is required, see question 17 on my FAQ section at https://tennis-trading-league.com/faq/
