Tennis Trading Tips Stats 1st Feb 2014

All profits are calculated for a Back/Lay LIABILITY Stake of 10 units.

Feb 1st: (+2.3 units)

1. Pliskova v Goerges: Successful: +3.1 units

2. Hlavackova v Makarova: Unsuccessful: -4 units

I did predict this to be a tough match for Makarova and indeed it was. The second set was won by Hlavackova with a 6-0 score!! If you had taken my advice of laying Makarova, you would have likely got a lay price of at least 1.06. This was a very profitable market. However, I’m going to deem this unsuccessful only for the reason that Makarova started the better of the two..

3. Errani v Cornet: Successful: +3.7 units

There was a specific advice to lay Errani if she won the first set here. Hence I’m going to consider this as successful. This turned out to be a very tough match for Errani as I had predicted. Should say though, she was the better player in the end!
