As I had predicted, Gulbis proved a stiffer challenge to the favourite. However, he started poorly and strategy failed early on.

Even though Rafa lost the first set, our strategy was safe here..

As per one of the members quoting that this was indeed successful at the very start of the match, I will deem this as so. However I must say, they were completely outplayed in this match after the 2nd game!
