Betfair Tennis Trading Tips: ATP/WTA Tuesday 28th October

ATP BNP PARIBAS:

1. 10:00 – De Schepper v Chardy

I disagree with the odds here. De Schepper’s form has been pretty decent and he beat some good hard court players such as Seppi and Haase. The key here is the serves which is why I feel odds on De Schepper has a lot of value.

A possible 3 setter here but definitely lay Chardy at the start.

TO LAY:

Lay Chardy @1.48, back @1.85

2. 10:00 – Mayer v Cuevas

I do think Mayer has played some amazing Tennis this year. This market, for me is rightly priced.

Back Mayer @1.41, lay @1.18

3. 11:45 – Verdasco v Simon

Fancying this to be a great battle. Suggesting to lay the Frenchman here as I’m expecting a good performance from Verda at the start.

Definitely consider a 3rd set as this could be one of the matches of the day!

TO LAY:

Lay Simon @1.61, back @2

4. 13:30 – Rosol v Goffin —> HOT TIP

Consistency and form definitely going to Belgian here. Back him hence.

Back Goffin @1.41, lay @1.18

5. 17:00 – Anderson v Giraldo –> HOT TIP

Both players have been inconsistent with form however Anderson did knock out Kohlischreiber and gave Murray a very tough match in Valencia. Suggesting to back him hence.

WTA TOUR OF CHAMPIONS:

6. 16:00 – Cibulkova v Pironkova –> HOT TIP

Cibu’s recent form has been really poor. On the other hand Pironkova who is the home favourite here enjoyed a rather impressive run in Moscow.

Suggesting to lay Cibu who’s a very edgy favourite here..

TO LAY:

Lay Cibu @1.98, back@2.8

7. 17:30 – Petkovic v Suarez Navarro

Definitely think Navarro is the right favourite here. Back the Spaniard.

Back Suarez @1.67, back @1.25

8. 19:00 – Pennetta v Cornet

The Head to Head between these two fine players goes in favour of Flavia, 4-1. It’s possible that the odds are right here, however, Cornet has the habit of coming back and winning from nowhere. If indeed Flavia gets off to a better start, lay her.

Overall, expecting the Italian to start better..

Back Pennetta @1.85, lay @1.45

I suggest keeping stakes to a low for all matches as it’s still early in the week.
