AUSTRALIAN OPEN DAY 14:
08:30 – Djokovic v Murray
Both these players have been amazingly good so far at Australia and this is the right final.
The most recent match was a Walkover for Murray in Dubai. Otherwise, the Djoker holds an impressive 15-8 record against the Scot.
In terms of trading, I feel it’s tricky to call which way this match may start out. For me, if Andy Murray is to have a chance, he simply must win the 1st set. The longer this match goes, you have to favour the Serbian as Andy’s serves show inconsistency over time. But Djokovic can get better as the match goes by just as he proved against Wawrinka, blowing him away with a 6-0 final set.
With this in mind, I am going to suggest to lay the Serbian at the start here and it’s very possible Djokovic odds may hit 2.0 or slightly more at sometime in the first set or early in the 2nd.
Overall, trading wise, this is going to be a tricky encounter so definitely NOT suggesting to trade with higher stakes here..

Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.
Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.
All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.
Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely. Please read the relevant article below.
