PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW
ATP HEINEKEN:
1. 04:00 – Pouille v Mannarino
Mannarino has been pretty solid throughout this tournament but he has yet to face someone who has been as solid in the serves department as Lucas Pouille. I feel this market is priced rather wrongly so suggesting to lay Mannarino here.
—> Lay Mannarino @1.4, back @2.1
2. 05:15 – Anderson v Vesely
The favourite of this tournament was Ernest Gulbis and Jiri Vesely pretty much blew him away. In his last match he beat another solid hard court player in Donald Young in straight sets. This for me, is going to be a very tough match for the South African Anderson. The lay strategy is looking the right one, yet again.
—> Lay Anderson @1.65, back @2.4
WTA HOBART:
3. 02:00 – Watson v Riske –> HOT TIP
Watson had a lot of break points in her last match against Vinci and deservedly won. However, the star of yesterday for me was Riske who hammered Zarina Diyas. I am hugely favouring the American hence who looks to be serving the more consistent off these two.
–> Back Riske @1.66, lay @1.22
4. 06:30 – Brengle v Nara –> HOT TIP
I disagree with this odds. Odds of 2.1 on Brengle is definitely pushing it in my opinion. Considering how well she has played so far, I am fancying the American to out-perform the very resilient Kurumi Nara.
—> Lay Nara @1.9, back @2.5
Good luck!
Some Terms Explained:
Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.
Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.
All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.
Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely. Please read the relevant article below.

Some folks have asked why I call the tips ‘Betfair Tennis Trading Tips’ and have asked if the tips can be used on other betting exchanges. I use Betfair for all my trading because Betfair has the best liquidity. All of my prices are taken from Betfair.
Betfair Tennis Trading gives you the best opportunities to make profits. You can use the trading tips on other exchanges – there may be small price differences – but these shouldn’t matter. If you decide to use a site other that Betfair for trading, make sure that the liquidity is there.
If you’re unsure about what liquidity is required, see question 17 on my FAQ section at https://tennis-trading-league.com/faq/
