1. 18:00 – Djokovic v Murray

So far Novak has had only one strong opponent which was Isner while Murray had a few tricky players to face such as Pospisil, Kohlschreiber and Lopez, all pretty good hard courters.

While it’s true that Andy hasn’t won a match against the World number 1 in his last 5 attempts, I do feel that he is actually playing pretty well.

I am suggesting to lay the favourite here as the courts play out in favour of the Scot’s defensive game more.

This trade could work out in our favour but suggesting to keep the stakes to medium or low.
I am also recommending to lay Djokovic (if indeed he wins the first set easily), as this has the potential to go all the way!

2. 19:30 – Raonic v Federer –> HOT TIP

I’ve no idea how Nadal lost the match against Raonic yesterday after having so many break point chances in the 2nd set and also 3 match points. Nevertheless, credit should go toRaonic for that stunning victory.
Today though, he is facing Roger who has been really impressive thus far at Indian Wells.

I feel Raonic is likely to feel the heat just as Tomas Berdych did in the last match. Definitely go for the Swiss maestro to get the job done!

Some Terms Explained:

Back: Normal Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Normal stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.

Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.

All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.

Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely.  Please read the relevant article below.

Help and Advice: Tennis Trading Tip – Successful or not?

Some folks have asked why I call the tips ‘Betfair Tennis Trading Tips’ and have asked if the tips can be used on other betting exchanges. I use Betfair for all my trading because Betfair has the best liquidity. All of my prices are taken from Betfair.
Betfair Tennis Trading gives you the best opportunities to make profits. You can use the trading tips on other exchanges – there may be small price differences – but these shouldn’t matter. If you decide to use a site other that Betfair for trading, make sure that the liquidity is there.
