All times are UK/Irish and are subject to change, and all times are in 24hr format e.g., 01.00 = 1am and 16:00 = 4pm:
PLEASE NOTE, IF THERE ARE LIQUIDITY ISSUES, ALWAYS KEEP THE STAKES LOW
MEN’S:
1. 13:30 – Murray v Dimitrov
BACK HEAVY!
BH Murray@1.28, lay@1.1
2. 15:30 – Wawrinka v Federer
Back Federer@1.34, lay@1.14
WOMENS:
3. 12:00 – Bouchard v Kerber
Back Bouchard@1.79, lay@1.4
Backing Bouchard at the start is be the right option here. Nevertheless, definitely consider a 3rd set if she wins the first one!
LAY TIPS:
WOMEN:
4. 12:00 – Halep v Lisicki
Lay Halep@1.41, back@2
Everything about Lisicki has looked good so far. For me she has the better serve, so going for Sabine to do well at the start. However Halep, being the genuine fighter she is, can take this to a decider and possibly win it, so consider a long match ..
MEN:
5. 15:30 – Raonic v Kyrgios
Lay Raonic@1.54, back@1.8
A long match likely here as both are solid servers. Expecting this to be a rather close encounter..
GOOD LUCK !
Some Terms Explained:
Back: Low Stakes – use 10% of bank.
Back Heavy(BH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Lay: Low stakes – use 10% of bank.
Lay Heavy(LH) – use up to 30% of bank. Used at members discretion. Delay and Trade.
Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.
Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake.
All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.6, adjust your lay odds to 1.35 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.
Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely. Please read the relevant article below.
