US OPEN
WOMEN:
1. 16:00 – Brengle v Tatishvili —> HOT TIP
Brengle sneaked through against Zheng in her previous match while Tatishvili caused a major upset by hammering Karolina Pliskova.
Go for Tatishvili at the start..
—> Back Tatishvili @1.56, Lay @1.25
2. 16:00 – Kasatkina v Konjuh
Kasatkina played pretty spot on in knocking out Gavrilova. I feel she has a good chance here if she stays consistent on serves.
Expecting the first set to be quite tricky for Konjuh..
—> Lay Konjuh @1.63, Back @2
3. 18:15 – Jovanovski v Mladenovic —> HOT TIP
In her last match, Mladenovic was just too good for former US Open winner, Kuznetsova. I just don’t see Jovanovski causing an upset here.
I think this market is rightly priced and there may be value after all in going for these small odds.
—> Back Mladenovic @1.3, Lay @1.14
4. 19:45 – Bouchard v Hercog
Bouchard had a horrendous season so far. However, she is still an exceptional young talent who played pretty well against Riske in her previous match.
I must add, with all the talk about Serena winning this title, Bouch may very well emerge as one of the dark horses in the Womens Draw after all!
—> Lay Hercog @1.87, Back @2.4
5. 20:00 – Duque Marino v Dodin
Earlier in the year, I had tipped Dodin at very high odds against Pliskova. She lost that match but took her opponent to a decider. I had maintained that this girl was a future star.
It would seem she is starting to prove my point as she caused a major upset by knocking out Jankovic after losing the first set!
I can see another win for the underdog today provided her serves remain consistent.
—> Lay Duque @1.61, Back @2.24
MENS:
6. 17:30 – Fognini v Cuevas
I really don’t know what to make of Fognini’s game. He was pretty hopeless at the start against Johnson and was down a break from the 2nd set onwards and ended up winning in 4 sets!
To be honest, there is no way to predict this guy’s consistency. I would rather lay him here!
—> Lay Fog @1.61, Back @2.1
— SUGGESTING TO KEEP THE STAKES LOW FOR THIS TIP —
7. 19:45 – Paire v Ilhan –> HOT TIP
While a few big seeds were out due to injury, Nishikori’s loss to Paire was due to the latter’s sheer hardwork and determination.
Expecting a straightforward win for the Frenchman!
—> Back Paire @1.3, Lay @1.1
8. 20:30 – Stakhovsky v Marchenko
While Marchenko’s shock win over Monfils was due to early retirment, Stakhovsky played a solid match against the favourite, John Millman of Australia.
I must say I do agree with these odds and can see a quick start for the favourite..
—> Back Stakho @1.63, Lay @1.29
Good luck!

Likely 3 Setter – consider laying the winner of the first set.
Hot Tip – I have more confidence in these tips. However, use normal stake sizes.
No Stop Loss Suggested – Use of Stop Loss is not recommended for this tip. Use half Normal Stake.
Tips are deemed unsuccessful at 40% loss of stake, when stop loss is used
All odds shown with the tips are correct at time of publishing. Odds are often given several hours ahead of the event. If odds have changed, adjust your back/lay stake accordingly e.g. if I tip ‘Back at 1.5, Lay at 1.25’ – and back odds move to 1.55, adjust your lay odds to 1.3 – there are still 25 ticks between the back and lay odds.
Delay and Trade!! It’s OK to place your trades before the match starts, but in my opinion, waiting 2/3 games before placing your trades is the safest way to trade. This is advised in many of the articles below. To delay and trade will give you a good feel for the match. Delay and Trade is a MUST if you are Backing Heavy. Delaying is advised mostly for the women’s game, as early breaks of serve are more likely. Please read the relevant article below.
